1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and every purchase you make on it. The seller is XLVERO IT PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN 07AAACX6244Q1ZQ. By placing an order you accept these terms, our privacy policy, refund and cancellation policy and shipping and delivery policy, which together form the whole agreement between us.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India. Orders must be for personal use or for a business you are authorised to buy for. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the details given are false, incomplete or fraudulent, or where an address has a history of undelivered cash-on-delivery parcels.

3. Products & listings

We sell men's and boys' clothing. Product photographs are representative; dyed fabric varies slightly between batches and colour can look different under different lighting and on different screens. The written specification on each product page — fabric composition, fit, and the garment measurements in inches — is the definitive description. Where a garment is sold in several sizes, the size you select at checkout forms part of the contract; please use the size guide before ordering.

Listings depend on stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we tell you promptly and either offer an alternative or cancel and refund that line in full.

4. Pricing, GST & invoice

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The tax component is shown separately at checkout.
• The total payable displayed before you confirm is the final, all-inclusive amount. Shipping is free and no handling or convenience charge is added afterwards.
• A GST tax invoice showing the rate and tax amount is emailed with your confirmation and included in the carton.
• Any discount shown is against our own earlier selling price for the same product, never an inflated reference price.
• We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it.
• If an obvious pricing or typographical error is discovered before dispatch, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the erroneous price.

5. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when the order is placed or paid. Each order gets a reference beginning with XV — quote it in any correspondence. You may cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch; see the refund and cancellation policy.

6. Payment

We accept UPI through our gateway partner and cash on delivery. There is no fee for either method. UPI payments are processed on the gateway’s secure surface; we never see or store your UPI ID, PIN, OTP or card details. Where a payment fails but an amount is debited, it is auto-reversed by your bank, normally within 24 hours and in all cases within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier at the door; parcels cannot be opened before payment.

7. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India through third-party courier partners, free of charge on every order. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, and delivery generally takes 3–5 business days to metros and 5–9 business days elsewhere. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control. 8. Returns & refunds

You may return an unfitted product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Fitted, drilled or adhesive-mounted items and used or washed bath mats cannot be returned except where there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection. 9. Warranty & fitting

Metal hardware carries a 24-month warranty against rust and finish failure in normal domestic use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, incorrect installation, use of acidic or abrasive cleaners, or normal wear on moving parts.

Installation is your responsibility. Products are supplied with fixings and instructions for ordinary masonry and tiled walls; you are responsible for checking wall suitability, for avoiding concealed pipes and cables when drilling, and for engaging a qualified fitter where you are unsure. We are not liable for damage to walls, tiles, plumbing or wiring arising from installation.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to place fraudulent or automated orders, to scrape or copy the catalogue, to probe or interfere with its security, or to upload anything unlawful through the contact form. We may suspend access where any of this occurs. We do not sell any restricted or prohibited item: no drugs, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, lottery products, counterfeits or adult content is listed or supplied.

11. Intellectual property

The XLVERO name and logo, the site design, text, product photography and specification content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Reproducing, republishing or using them commercially without written permission is not permitted.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, loss of use or damage arising from installation carried out by you or your contractor.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi janakpuri. Before starting any proceeding, please raise the matter with our grievance officer through the grievance redressal process — most issues are resolved there within days.

If any clause of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
